  1. Phase 0 - Axie Builders Program Application (Months 1 - 2)

    • Game Design Document + Whitepaper

    • Interactive proof-of-concept demo - LIVE (see below for demo details)

  2. Phase I - Free 2 Play Minimal Viable Product [V0.1] (Months 2 - 6)

    • Playable Pre-Alpha, Free 2 Play demo version (Starter Axies only)

  3. Phase II - Alpha Release [V1.0] (Months 6 - 15)

    • Playable Alpha incorporating the minimally required components of the Core Design Features for F2P and TGP (Saigon testnet) game layers

  4. Phase III - Beta Release [V2.0] (Months 15 - 18)

    • Expansion and optimization of Core Design Features, completion of full storyline play-through of Act 1 of Beezlebop's Blunder

  5. Phase IV - Full Release [V3.0] (Months 18 - 24)

    • Optimization, metric and attribution integration, scale, distribution

  6. Phase V - Post Release [V3+] (Months 24+)

    • Marketplace and item APIs for cross-game interoperability, Acts 2+ of Beezlebop's Blunder
