You will begin your adventure on w0nd3r's Warren to give you a chance to prepare for your quest. When you're ready, you will enter the portal opened by Beezlebop to look for him!
Upon entering, you will come across the strange and fearsome creatures of the Portal Dimension. These creatures aren't happy about your presence and so will attempt to cast their portal magic on you to send you back to Lunacia's dimension. You must use your own abilities and items obtained throughout your adventures to resist their attacks and defeat them to complete your quest!
The Portal World is also a constantly shifting world (or perhaps multiple worlds?) with a few archetypal forms. Each time you are sent back to Lunacia by the monsters and re-enter the portal, the Portal World will have shifted, presenting a unique challenge every time!
Lastly, adventuring alone is doable, but adventuring with teammates is even better! You will be able to enter the same Portal World with a group of friends, allowing each of you to specialize in your roles based on your chosen Axies, items equipped, and preferred styles of play!
Beyond the core features of the game itself, the development of Beezlebop's Blunder is also intended to serve as an initial pilot project for the development of a new layer of interoperability on the Ronin network. The gameplay services provided in Beezlebop's Blunder and described throughout the πΎGAME MECHANICS section will operate across the Web2-3 tech stack including centralized databases, API's, IPFS, smart contracts, and more.
Each component is designed to fit within the web spectrum based on the function it provides Beezlebop's Blunder as a game and the broader gaming ecosystem that operates across Ronin. Following in Axie Infinity's footsteps, these functions will start mostly centralized as the use cases and functions of the various underlying systems are proven with user feedback, and gradually decentralize as the robust designs and implementations of these core functions are discovered and optimized.
The ultimate goal of this endeavor is to contribute to the decentralized gaming experience that is already underway on the Ronin Network by adding another layer of interoperable gameplay systems which other games can plug into as they see fit to expand the fun, value-generating opportunities accessible to the broad range of Ronin Adventurers!
